Objective
Assure productive & efficient sales activities linked to Key Accounts, New Accounts and Existing Accounts within the designated region & with emphasis on growth and profitability. The Account Manager is fully responsible for the creation and maintenance of all account portfolio. The latter to reflect each key account and key prospect are linked to the accounts.
The Account Manager is to:
Ensure efficient communications between operations/service staff and customers
Ensure implementation of services and rates as precisely agreed upon.
Maintain customers files within the region.
Communicate potential problems with management and external customers.
Carry out the administration of sales leads and of routing orders.
Prepare Sales Goals and Activity Plan.
Generate new business / sales leads /contacts through a systematic screening of the regional market prospects.
Shop Supervisor
As a result of continued growth, Pace Motor Lines has an immediate opportunity for a shop supervisor. The preferred candidate must have shop supervisory experience. Excellent planning, organization, and Communication skills are required.
