This letter is to bring attention to the new "Shipper Identification Form for Air Cargo" that becomes effective Monday, March 12th, 2007. In accordance with the rules and regulations of the TSA, in order to accept a shipment, the Shipper Identification Form for Air Cargo must be filled out and verified by the driver of Pace Motor Lines, Inc. This form is a required document by the TSA, as a result of this requirement; our Emergency Security Surcharge will be increased to $9.00 per bill of laden as of March 12th, 2007. You will see this charge under line item "Emergency Security Surcharge" on your Pace invoices. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
